What makes Timberlite special?

In 2010 the law changed in regard to translucency percentages of conservatory roofs. This change now allows homeowners the option to put a solid roof on their conservatory. In response to this almost all companies adopted aluminium roofing as an alternative, but here at Timberlite we decided to go back to the drawing board and eventually came up with a new innovative approach to solid conservatory roofing.

With extensive testing and painstaking attention to detail, we finally developed a new roof system that is lighter, warmer and easier to assemble than its aluminium counterpart.

The roof system boasts a U value of just 0.14 making it one of the most thermally efficient roofs you can buy in the UK.
The insulation is 100mm PIR foam with an internal thermal blanket.

The Building Regulations require the U Value to be 0.15 or less.

Timberlite roofs are made from natural material meaning it doesn't suffer from the condensation risks associated with aluminium alternatives. We make ventilation our highest priority without sacrificing any insulation properties.

The unique engineered truss system provides unequalled strength which means there is no need for extra tie support... no more washing lines in the room!

There are no size or design limitations, we can produce any roof, any size. No problem.

Every Timberlite roof includes full roof kit, all trusses/hips/jack rafters etc.
All PIR foam insulation is pre-cut and numbered.
The Superquilt thermal blanket insulation is sent in rolls.
The steel tiles are pre-cut and numbered, the synthetic slate tiles are sent in bundles.

A 'kit-box' will include all fixings, expanding foam and installation guide.
